If you decide to order a hearing system, then once you are happy you pay for it at your fitting. Aftercare is included for the lifetime of the system; our Aftercare Package will help you get the best result for you and your hearing.
*If you are not entirely happy with your hearing system even though you have attended your follow up appointments, you can return it and receive a full refund up to 60 days from the date of fitting. *Our ‘price match promise’ means if you find them cheaper elsewhere on the High Street with the same aftercare package within 60 days of fitting, we will refund you the difference.
Some people update their hearing system every 2-3 years to make sure they have the very latest technology; some people will leave it longer. If you look after them, we expect your system to last up to 5 years. We can advise you on the latest technology available should you wish to consider updating your hearing system.
Fitting appointments60 minute appointment (normally within two weeks of your hearing test)
Follow up appointments30 minute appointment (normally 2 of these are completed within the first month after fitting)
6 month Check-up appointments30 minute appointment (we will call you every 6 months after your fitting & book an appointment when requested)
Hearing system service and repair appointments15 minute appointment
We are happy to see any make and model of hearing system requiring a repair.
If you have a broken hearing system or one that needs reprogramming and you purchased it from us or elsewhere, we are happy to try and help you. Some repairs can be completed in house; some repairs may require the system to be sent to the manufacturer. If the system is under a manufacturer’s warranty and needs to be sent back for repair due to a malfunction this can often be free of charge. If any repair charges are applicable, we will agree them with you before going ahead. We can make loan aids available if your are in need of repair.
